Our Small Group Training sessions are designed to run and have all the benefits of Personal Training, but we keep the group at 2-3 members so that you receive the most cost effective monthly fee.

  • We can scale and tailor the sessions to all abilities & goals
  • Track your progress using in person assessments and weekly e-mail support
  • Personal workout plan to take away and follow in the gym independently or utilise in a group exercise class that week
